Cleared rural property in the Appalachian foothills after brush and undergrowth removal

Small Demolition & Debris Removal

Old sheds, barns, mobile homes, decks, concrete slabs, fencing, and debris piles torn out, loaded up, and hauled off so you get the space back.

The problem

Why It Keeps Happening.

Most properties around here have something on them that should have come down years ago — a leaning shed, a barn that is half roof, an old mobile home, a deck rotting off the back of the house.

It sits because it is not a one-person job. There is nothing to do with the material once it is down, disposal costs money, and hauling it takes equipment and trips most people do not have.

In the meantime it is wasted space, a liability, and usually a home for whatever wants to live in it.

Often paired with land clearing and building & equipment pads on the same visit.

What we do

Our Process.

  1. 1

Look at the structure, the access, and what is around it — utilities, wells, septic lines, and anything staying.

  2. 2

Confirm power, water, and gas are disconnected before anything is touched.

  3. 3

Flag anything that needs testing or a specialty contractor before demolition starts.

  4. 4

Tear the structure out in a controlled sequence, keeping material contained.

  5. 5

Load out and haul off the debris in as few trips as the volume allows.

  6. 6

Break out slabs and footings where requested, then backfill and grade the area smooth.
